Why Do I Feel Better During the Day? Here’s My Story

The alarm rang early in the morning, and the day was just beginning.

As a student, most of my day is spent at a desk. Lecture notes, projects, computer screens… As the hours passed, I started to notice that my shoulders were slowly dropping and my back was getting tired. The strange thing was that I never really realized when it started.

One day, while studying, I asked myself a question:

“What is my body trying to tell me?”

That was around the time I discovered Kodgem Straight Plus.

On the first day, I wore it simply out of curiosity. It was a small device, but the gentle vibrations it gave throughout the day reminded me of something important:

My body had actually been communicating with me all along.

While studying, when I aligned my spine, I noticed that my breathing started to flow more freely. It felt as if my chest was opening up and my mind became clearer. In those moments, I naturally began to feel more confident.

Whenever I stayed inactive for too long during the day, the device gave me a small reminder. When I stood up and took a few steps, my body felt refreshed again. This helped me feel much more energetic throughout the day.

But the biggest change came with time.

Now I pay more attention to my body—how I sit, how I walk, and even how I breathe. Small habits started to change without me even noticing. And those small changes gradually led me toward a healthier lifestyle.

Looking back today, I realize something important:

Sometimes big changes don’t start with big decisions—they start with small moments of awareness.

For me, that awareness began with a small piece of technology on my back.

And now, every moment of my day feels more in harmony with my body.
